So many to choose from!

For this post I am going to talk about all the different types of cars. Because on my last post all of the people had comments about liking other cars such as trucks or SUVs, I have decided to ask, Which one would you choose? I will start with the good old 4 door sedan. These cars are not expensive, easy to drive, and considered the base of everything. They, obviously, from the name, have 4 doors, usually a small (4 cylinder) to normal (6 cylinder) sized engine. An example would be the:

Similar to the 4 door sedans the 2 door sedans are basicly a sedan but with just two doors. These cars usually look more sporty but the engines are the same.

Another type of car that is similar to the 4 door sedan would be the luxury sedan. They also have 4 doors. But these cars can be more powerful and more luxurious. They usually cost more(around $30,000 to $65,000) and the power they produce would be around 230hp to 350hp. These cars most likely have lower mpg. An example of this would be the BMW 5 series or the Acura TL. These cars sometimes also come in a 2 door version such as the BMW 330ci.

After the luxury sedan comes the two door sports car. Now don’t get this confused with super cars. These cars are powerful, stronge and have a hard ride. These cars usualy have samll sized engines and a good amount of hp but since these cars are so light they can go very fast. An example would be the:

Then comes the highend stuff. From luxurious Rolls Royces to sporty Lamborghinis. There are so many cars in this section. These cars are very, very expensive and powerful. These have usually 2 doors and have an enigine that produces 400 to 1250hp. Which is a lot! My favorite car is the Bugatti Veyron. It is arguably the fastest car in the world today. Its top peed is 257mph but it comes with a high price. $1.5 Million! But thats the very, very top.

Now come the Suvs and trucks. I put these together because I do not want to make this post pain stakingly long and also they sort of go together. Suvs come in two different bodies. There is the car based SUV such as the Toyota Highlander or there are truck based SUV such as the Toyota Seqoua. The main and biggest difference is that truck based SUVs are higher. Then comes truck. The good old pick up truck. These have a lot of torque, which for those of you who do not know what that is, it is the pulling power of the engine.

Finaly this section I will call the other cars. Some examples of other cars would a smart car or a strech Hummer limo. These cars tend to be goofy looking but can be very nice cars.

If I had to choose one of these I would choose to have highend cars. The Bugatti Veyron of course. You choose now. Which one? I have left out a couple of types of cars so you can choose it even if it is not on this post. And one other question. Do you think there should be so many different types? I do not think there should. We have no need for all of them. One truly does not need to get this special type or this one. I disagree with all the types but more importantly. Why so many companies?

The world and more in one city!

You are probably thinking that the picture above is fake. But in fact they are actual islands. These man made islands are off the coast of the United Arab Emerites, which if you don’t know is in the middle east, east of Saudi Arabia and north of Oman.

These islands were man made by putting dirt and concrete blocks over each other many times. The two islands represeant palm trees. The islands are very close to the fastest growing city in the world, Dubai. You might have heard of the hotel. The Burj al Arab. This may ring a bell, it has a tennis court at the top sticking out over the beach. Well here is an amazing video of the city and all the plans for momentous buildings and the Burj Dubai (different then the hotel).

 

 

The palm tree islands are amazing but it gets better. They also made a group of islands look like the world. It really is unbelievable.
